Fast Track Sales Manager

You work well with others and can confidently communicate, whether in-person, on the phone or via email, with a variety of people, including those you have never met. You have a strong ability to explain and demonstrate products and services, educating the customer on what the business offers.

You possess a relationship focused mindset. As a sales professional, you understand the importance of always providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. You maintain a professional yet, relationship focused approach to providing world class service to your customers. Customers often consider you a friend and rely on you to educate them on new and innovate product offerings.

The status quote is not good enough for you. You consider yourself highly ambitious and stop at nothing to achieve your professional goals. You have worked in an industrial sales or similar industry role for at least 5 years. You have in depth experience providing value through highly skilled sales techniques.


Day-to-Day Work Examples

We support growth, opportunity and variety, which means your day-to-day has the potential to adapt with you and your passions. If you’re not challenged and growing, neither are we. For starters, though, here are some day-to-day examples of what you will be doing:

  • Complete a 3 year Business Development program; transitioning to a manager level role upon completion
  • Become a subject matter expert in Partsmaster’s selling methodology, potentially assisting in the training and development of new recruits
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities through prospecting and cold calling to expand Partsmaster’s customer base
  • Establish and implements sales plans as needed to support all target markets; achieves sales goals associated with revenue and profit targets
  • Train and develop new recruits to be successful sales professionals within the organization
  • Overseeing and managing the entire sales process within the defined territory
  • Work with the sales team members, guide them, evaluate business opportunities, and promote products and services to expand customer base
  • Manage a team of 5-8 new and experienced sales professionals to achieve and surpass individual and department goals
  • Facilitate on-boarding and training for new sales associates
  • Coach, mentor, provide feedback and improve the skill set and productivity of the team
