Provides therapeutic, family-oriented services to participants and their families of choice who are enrolled in the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. Applies psychotherapeutic and family systems theories and techniques in the delivery of professional services to participants and their families of choice. Leads ACT team in the support and counseling of participant supportnetworks. Works under general direction.
Licensure: Valid drivers license may be required, as determined by operational/regional needs. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and/or Masters of Social Work required.
Education: Masters degree in social work, psychology, health and human services or a related field required.
Experience: Minimum of one yearworking with families in a mental health social services. Bilingual skills may be required as determined by operational needs required.
