Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer of Prevea Health with dotted lines to the Regional Campus Dean at MCW-Green Bay, the Chair of Family Medicine at MCW-Milwaukee, and the MCW Senior AssociateDean for Graduate Medical Education, the new Program Director will be a strong collaborator who will work closely with the community-based physicians, county medical societies, academic and health system leaders, local government, business and civic leaders, and the leadership of Prevea Health, HSHS, and MCW. The Program Director will be an experienced, innovative, and energetic administrator who is excited by the opportunity to build a new program. This individual will play a leadingrole in defining and formalizing all aspects of the residency program. The successful candidate will recruitfaculty, develop curricula, achieve Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accreditation, and work with the local hospitals and medical staff to establish rotation experiences. Ideal candidates will bring at least five years of participation in an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program, at least three years of GME administrative experience, in depth understanding ofregulatory and accreditation systems involved in GME, and a proven track record working with multiple stakeholders.
