The project manager responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management like - Project Programming & Planning, Budget Tracking, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, and Safety Management.
Provide oversight ensuring achievement of operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and enforcement of customer standards.
Assist the customer in meeting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; assisting in preparation of an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Enhances customer's department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Liaise with engineers, IT, security and other vested stakeholders in order to ensure complete, concise requirements for construction and building upgrades are communicated and met.
Have a sound understanding of the complex and dynamic roles of all personnel involved in design, planning, and construction phases. Providing expert knowledge of responsibilities of parties involved in the project including customer, management, sub-contractor management, project team, vendors and other affected by the project.

Prepares and presents oral and/or written technical reports and project presentations.
Maintain a working understanding of Federal, State, and Department of the Army safety and environmental regulations.
Maintain a working understanding of Department of Defense Directive 705 security regulation's.
Maintain a working understanding of federal government service and construction contracting.
Maintain a working understanding of federal government construction quality assurance.
Be familiar with the concepts and applications of engineering disciplines, reading of design drawings and equipment specifications.
Establish and maintain a facilities project tracking list, be prepared to brief statuses as required to the government customer.
Comfortable at delivering fast tracked projects and building renovations that meet/exceed customer's and stakeholder's expectations.
Organizes and conducts project team meetings.

Scope and complexity of tasks, knowledge, skills, and abilities of this requirement is equivalent to that of a GS-12/13 level position.
� Experience in developing and managing budgets to ensure adequate funding is available for current and future projects.
� Must have 5 years' experience in Project Management related to projecet management and construction projects.
� Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
� Excels at leading complex projects with numerous stakeholders with critical expertise.
� Must have Final Top Secret security clearance eligible for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
