JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting and enabling the Facility Management organization to make strategic decisions through the collection and utilization of data. This position engages with platform leadership, client accounts as well as solutions to analyze various types of data and uncover opportunities to deliver client outcomes. This role will be tasked to provide complex research, data mining/analysis, reporting, interpretation and presentation of global, national, regional, local and/or account wide performance metrics to multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. Candidate must have a working knowledge of Facility Management and possess the skills to not only create but articulate complex analysis to all levels of an organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in analyzing internal and external data to uncover opportunities to enhance our service delivery and/or achieve CBRE objectives. Designs, generates, reviews and understands reports. Uses aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete analysis, improvement and/or recommendation(s). Prepares and presents results of analysis and reports along with their relative impact(s) to the business to all levels of management. Analyzes client data to identify and articulate the service delivery model that produces differentiated outcomes for our clients. Develops scenario planning tools/models to assist with various business objectives. Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in general business conditions. Identifies opportunities for improvements by and among the clients and/or companies. Articulates end-to-end business processes to ensure the right data is collected, governed and leveraged appropriately. Understands the importance of data discipline and articulates this importance to various roles within the organization. Manages, updates, refines and delivers analytics packages to Platform teams including Tableau/SQL server mgmt., tableau dashboards, ad-hoc reports, PowerPoint presentations, etc. Partners in developing and communicating core business metrics tailored for action and accountability. Meets with various stakeholders to ensure the right measures are being captured and managed by our client accounts. Completes ad-hoc analysis, benchmarking, reporting as requests are made by leadership. Other duties as assigned.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES


Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.


QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE


Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training, including two years of experience at the management level.


Previous Project Management, Business Analytics and/or Commercial Real Estate industry and/or related experience preferred.


Advanced skills in financial modeling, planning, database management/business intelligence.



CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES


PMP (Project Management Professional) designation preferred.

Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.



OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES


Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook; Advanced understanding of the following technologies: Enterprise Reporting Tool; SSRS Network and server architecture; Microsolf.NET Framework; SQL, C#.NET, ASP.NET, C+, VB.NET, Java, Technology security standards.


Knowledge of SSRS, Network and Server Architecture, Microsoft .NET Framework, Project planning and coordination experience preferred.
