JMT is seeking a Facilities Project Manager in the Hunt Valley, MD area. Responsibilities will include business development, client relations, proposal preparation, project management, cost estimating, scheduling and constructability review of construction documents for large government projects.
Must include salary requirement/range for employment consideration.
10 years of previous construction management experience of buildings and facilities
Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
