Facilities Resource Manager

Key Role:

Leverage knowledge of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for developing a scoring model for facilities assets. Establish and maintain a recapitalization program. Maintain budgets and resource data responsibly, ensure accurate accounting for expenditures, manage working-capital expenses, and coordinate with clients, government finance officers, and other personnel, as required. Work with managers and project managers to maintain budgets, support procurement actions, and provide research, as requested. Assist with the development of concepts of operation, process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and program plans and detail all assumptions, limitations, interfaces, responsibilities, and specific requirements of the program elements. Plan and convene working meetings, focus groups, and committees, coordinate ongoing activities, and maintain and facilitate dialog among all stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience in a finance field, including accounting, business, or finance, computation, analysis, and audit

-Experience with using financial systems and software

-Experience with infrastructure life-cycle analysis working through CMMS

-Knowledge of the constraints of government regulations as they relate to the financial management of Working Capital Fund enterprises

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required

-BA or BS degreerequired

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of general ledgers

-Ability to be highly motivated to continue to develop professional licenses, certifications, and expertise through formal training and on-the-job experience

-Ability to use Microsoft Office applications

-PMP, CFM, or Six Sigma Certifications preferred
