Job Description

  • Extensive experience in the delivery of integrated facility services within an educational, healthcare or other regulated environment.
  • Possesses the technical knowledge required coupled with a reputation for productive client relationships.
  • Leadership role in deploying standards, processes and tools.
  • A personal commitment to safety, training and diversity.
  • Ensures EH&S and statutory compliance.
  • Acts as the single point of contact for the client.
  • Responsible for overall contract compliance.
  • Is accountable for document management integrity.
  • Responsible for capital planning and cashflow reporting, along with Able Service support, will produce capital justification for executive level presentation.
  • Responsible for performance, compliance, and operational results.
  • Ensures Able Services meets and exceeds KPIs and client SLAs across the portfolio.
  • Authority and responsibility to make budget and financial decisions within appropriate delegation of authority.
  • Implements solutions in line with strategic initiatives.
  • Authority and responsibility to make operational decisions within span of control.
  • Implements solutions in line with strategic initiatives created at the regional level.

  • Must have 5-8 years of facilities account management experience in an educational, healthcare, client services or other heavily regulated industry.
  • Education/University/Sporting/Events facility management experience, strongly desired
  • Ability to review work for accuracy
  • Excellent communicator
