Job Description :

The F35 Logistics market segment within the Training and Logistics Solutions (TLS) line of business in Rotary and Mission Systems seeks well-qualified applicants for a new Director position.

Reporting to the LM Training Logistics Solutions (TLS) Market Segment VP of F-35 Logistics, the Director of F-35 Logistics Product Sustainment will serve as the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Product Line Program Director responsible for overseeing the day to day operations & sustainment of ALIS across all F-35 locations around the globe.

In this Product Line operations & sustainment role, this position is responsible for directing and managing all phases of the Product Support Provider (PSP) and Product Support Integrator (PSI) lifecycle including supporting long term sustainment planning, proposal preparation, negotiations, transition to execution, program management, production, fielding, site activation, 24/7 operations, peace/war time deployments, software / hardware upgrades & technology refreshment, and the ALIS integrated logistics support solutions.

This position has an F-35 Logistics Product Line Sustainment LRP portfolio responsibility potential of $1.1B over the next 5 years, and a current portfolio of $216M. The F-35 Logistics ALIS Product Line coupled with a strong presence in the F-35 PSP/PSI is critical to the long term success of the F-35 Program and it is imperative that we deliver on our commitments to our warfighters around the world.

The position is responsible for:

>Cost, schedule and technical performance of the ALIS Product Sustainment portfolio.
>Acting as primary ALIS PSP/PSI customer interface with Aeronautics, JPO, and F-35 Services/Partners
>Overseeing day-to-day program execution of F-35 ALIS operations worldwide, which currently includes operations at 22 sites in 7 countries with over 190 System Administrators.

Basic Qualifications

>Possess proven program management and customer relationship skills.
>Be willing and able to travel (both domestic and international) as required, including the potential for military transport on land, sea, and air and in forward deployed locations.
>Program/Project Management experience; experience in EVMS and performance metrics.
>Experienced strategic thought leader with proven experience developing and executing growth strategies
> Adept at working with matrix organizations for executing and proposing programs
> Strong consultative selling skills – proven ability to identify and build strong relationships with and influence decision makers, and maintain long-term customer intimacy
>Ability to write effectively and to present materials to large and small audiences
> Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills and experience leading diverse, multi-national, distributed and virtual teams
> Ability to handle multiple projects/clients concurrently
> Demonstrated ability to partner with the customer on RFPs, proposals and negotiations
> Demonstrated understanding of different contract fee structures, including award and incentive fee structures and associated processes
> Ability to team with major subcontractors on proposals
> Ability to partner with peers in other market segments within TLS and across BA’s, as needed
> Demonstrated business acumen
> Knowledge of LM infrastructure and processes
> Ability to work with people at all levels
> Strong communication skills
>Must have at a minimum an active Secret Clearance with a completed investigation within the last 5 years

Desired skills

>Possess a proven track record of managing classified/unclassified, large scale, complex enterprise-level systems, over geographically dispersed & dissimilar gov’t and commercial network topologies, while directing multinational employees and subcontractors including the expatriation process.
>Possess strong working knowledge of fifth generation fighter jet sortie generation lifecycle maintenance, supply, and mission planning/debrief processes.
>Technical engineering experience a plus
> Program Manager level 3 certified
> Capture Manager level 2 certified
> Knowledge of F-35 Program
>Possess secret/SAR clearance with all necessary F-35 caveats.
>Experience working with international and military customers
