Our employee owners are a highly skilled mix of professionals committed to our mission of providing affordable and sustainable solutions forinfrastructure owners.  Our Tulsa Office is looking for a detail oriented Project Manager withexperience in municipal wastewaterengineering.  This position isresponsible for successfully planning, executing and managing sewer system evaluation, rehabilitation and capacity enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project scope, schedule, and budget and engineering fee for projects with wide range of complexity and value

  • Direct preparation of work plans, supervise project teams and manage project scope, budget and schedule

  • Promote technical excellence on project, ensuring established Quality Control and Assurance objectives are met.  Analyze contractual and financial performance and direct activities to improve performance

  • Monitor and report to management on the progress of all project activity, including significant milestones and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule

  • Provide production support as necessary

  • Responsible for the safety and health planning for each project, as described in the Safety Procedures manual

  • Follow all company, client, safety and regulatory requirements as related to this position and the work duties being performed

  • Mobilize company resources through effective liaison with support departments and other offices to create project teams capable of completing effective quality work on time and within established budget.  Supervise the daily activities of business support, technical and production staff

  • Manage existing client relationships, develop new projects with existing clients and work with Business Development and Operations Office Manager to identify and cultivate new clients

  • Actively participate in professional organizations and responsible for increasing visibility of firm through committee participation and other means

  • Prepare and deliver all aspects of technical proposals and presentations to existing and potential clients

Skill Set Required

  • BS or MSdegree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university preferred

  • 10+ years of experience; experience in municipal water, wastewater and/or storm water projects

  • Licensed Professional Engineer required with the ability to quickly obtain license in OK & AR

  • NASSCO Certification (PACP/MACP/LACP) preferred

  • OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification preferred

  • Experience with gravity and pressure sanitary sewer assessment and design projects, including flow monitoring, condition and capacity assessment, hydraulic modeling, infiltration/inflow analysis, SSES, design, and construction techniques

  • Ability to effectively manage staff, sub-consultants and clients

  • Business development experience

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
