The Experience Strategist manages experience strategy-driven engagements and initiatives across a specific set of clients, platforms and programs with a focus on experience research, consumer behavior, customer journeys and channel planning to accelerate commerce. S/he works with cross-functional teams to develop best-in class, seamlessly integrated experiences. Experience strategies must bring data & analytics, consumer insights, culture, creative and media together to deliver experiences that fulfill customer expectations and client business objectives.
What You'll Do In This Role:
- Builds strong consultative relationships within Integer and across clients regarding experience strategy
- Development of experience strategies for campaigns, always-on solutions as well as for brands as a whole
- Leads and optimizes discovery and definition phases across teams and clients to define opportunities for campaign specific and always-on consumer experiences / journeys, effectively conveying the experience strategy to both clients and internal teams
- Leads experience workshops and documentation while working closely with account leads
- Deep understanding of fields of expertise within the agency and strong cross-functional mindset to ensure Integer delivers best-in class, seamless experiences that are based on data, insights and culture
- Alignment of programs, campaigns, and always-on experiences using a common set of experience tools, reporting and
- analytics
- Evangelizes experience strategy and our core practice/development methodology of human experience planning (HXP) throughout the agency
Support in the following deliverables:
- Supports the development of experience strategy tools & documents in collaboration with the Experience Strategy unit on client and market needs
- Fosters innovative thinking among teams in collaboration with the innovations team
The Experience You'll Bring:
- 2+ years working in the UX/CX space with a familiarity of User Experience and Consumer Experience strategies
- 5+ year experience working with larger ad agencies
- Development of end-to-end experience planning from website, social and digital marketing campaigns all the way to CRM, email and marketing automation
- Experience with delivering marketing performance and analytics reporting
- Ability to work under tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Participates in agency training
- Flexibility to work extra hours with little or no advance notification
- Ability to travel as needed
