This is a highly visible, critical role for the organization which will provide leadership, long-term vision/strategy and drive operational change to the company. This position is based at the company headquarters in the DC-Metro area.
This newly created position will report to the CEO/ Owner, who has an excellent reputation and is recognized for being a thoughtful, honest, strategic leader who cares about the long-term success of the organization, its employees, and the communities they serve. The EVP will be vital addition to the company, in that they are looking for a seasoned leader to be an integral part of further creating and executing a best-in-class, long-term business strategy for the organization. This person will partner effectively with all functional areas, while having direct oversight of multi-family operations, development, quality assurance, and over functional areas of the company over time. As a member of the corporate executive team, this person will partner closely with the CEO/Owner and will become a trusted advisor to the future direction of the company.
