Under the guidance of their private equity investor the company is focused on supporting large populations and becoming a national industry leader within their sector.
We are seeking a high-level EVP, Sales with distinguished success within the pharmacy benefits management industry. This position will be the lifeblood of the company, overseeing all aspects of the sales process working directly with clients while managing all sales efforts across the organization. This is an executive leadership position responsible for developing, implementing and driving the overall growth strategy for the company with a creative approach to generating new business. You will be responsible for establishing a high performing, process driven sales organization and will lead by example as a player/coach within this fast-paced environment.
