As the Executive Vice President of Youth Care, you have the opportunity to impact the lives of youth and families across the nation by providing strategic and tactical direction over all Youth Care Operations. In this important role at Boys Town, you can contribute to helping us change how the world cares for children, families and communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Drives strategy and represents the organization on a national, regional, and local basis; translates strategic and tactical business plans into operational blueprints to support organizational goals through all facets of Youth Care.
  • Develops programs, projects, and business plans focusing on the mission, success, leadership, regulatory compliance, and relationships.
  • Enhances and implements long and short term plans and budgets; reviews, validates, and documents effectiveness.
  • Creates and maintains a research and evidence based focus for Youth Care programs and Services.
  • Prioritizes and directs policy initiatives that guide the mission and contribute to improvement in practices and services to children and families.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree required; Doctorate in Human Services or Psychology preferred.
  • 15 years of relevant experience including experience in managing, developing, and articulating the Boys Town Model of Care.
  • Available to travel as needed and maintain on-call status.

About the Village of Boys Town:

A National Historic Landmark since 1985, the Village of Boys Town is now the only National Historic Landmark District in Nebraska.
