The Executive Relationship Manager (ERM) position is expected to be a collaborative trusted advisor who builds relationships and creates client and business partner value. The ERM is an industry consultant that earns trust and provides value through strategic insights, thought leadership, industry expertise and problem solving that drive growth, new opportunities, efficiencies and measurable results for the client and the enterprise.
This role is responsible for leading the sales, business development, and client management efforts for merchants within one or more assigned industry verticals (portfolio). Develops and executes key objectives associated with the industry, including an emphasis on driving/protecting incremental revenue, improving market share, enhancing the customer experience while maximizing profitability against key initiative and goal priorities.
*This role is a REMOTE position and will require travel.
