*Generating sales leads for new business prospects through business development activities and the like.
Tasks will include:
*Full-cycle recruiting role from prospecting and business development to working with candidates and clients.
*Collaborate with current and future clients to identify their recruiting needs
*Interview and screen candidates for your clients through phone interviews, reference checks, etc. with team support.
*Fulfill your clients’ recruiting needs using superior recruiting resources and technology
*Work with some of the industry’s leading executive recruiters
*Exposure to a wide variety of industries.
RSI is looking for goal-oriented sales/recruiting professionals who are looking to build an exciting, financially lucrative career with an industry leader. As a qualified candidate you will meet the following criteria:
*Successful sales background; specifically achieving and/or exceeding sales quota on a consistent basis. You do not need past Recruiter experience.
*Minimum 3years salesexperience in B2B sales environment
*Strong business development experience
*Excellent communication skills
*Self-motivated; entrepreneurial spirit
*BA/BS or at least 3years salesexperience meeting or exceeding sales quota
*Attitude for lifelong learning
The ideal candidate will need to have exceptional business development skills, exercise significant prospecting and closing skills, ability to interact with senior level to C-level executives, looking to grow their career and income, enjoys a challenge, competitive, thrives under pressure, utilizes resources, consistent producer, well-versed in business, keeps abreast of market trends, and client-centric. A good sense of humor is a plus!
