The Global Talent Acquisition organization at PayPal. is a fast-paced, highly motivated team of professionals focused on bringing in the highest level talent to help drive the business forward while delivering a best in class candidate experience. The Executive Recruiter is a key member of the team, responsible driving execution of recruitment strategies for senior leadership.

A typical day for the Global Talent Acquisition Executive Recruiter will include:
• Function as the main point of contact for executive recruitment best practices.
• Partnering with key leaders throughout Talent Acquisition, Human Resources,
Compensation and others to drive executive level hiring initiatives.
• Advising hiring leaders on the application of processes, systems, regulations and policies.
• Serve as a lead within an internal hiring team, maintaining responsibility for leading the full
life cycle of the recruiting process focused on executive–level roles.
• Collaborate with team members, and help with the continuous enhancement of executive
attract and hire processes.
• Manage the day–to–day interaction with candidates and clients, and agencies.
• Educate client leadership on market trends, cycle times, and other key performance
metrics, and leverage knowledge of business goals and mission to effectively design and
execute recruiting strategies to achieve client and business needs.
• Perform interviews to assess candidate's capabilities, manage the evaluation process and
hiring decisions, execute candidate follow–up and feedback.
• Provide guidance on compensation packages, and extend and negotiate employment
offer packages.
• Maintain responsibility for tracking recruiting activity and other metrics to ensure
compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP.
• Work closely with executive coordination to facilitate exceptional onboarding experience.

About You:  

  • 10+ years of experience with recruiting executives, including progressive growth and increased accountability over time in current or past companies
  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate recruiting role
  • Experience with delivering executive hiring results in a professional services environment
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal executives and executive candidates
  • Experience with delivering results throughout the entire recruiting life cycle
  • Experience with providing data integrity, reporting requirements, and key accountability metrics
  • Proven track record of success in all aspects of recruiting.
  • Flexibility to operate effectively in a global construct and to travel as needed.
  • Highly deadline-oriented, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Computer competency with Microsoft Office products 
  • Energetic self-starter, with strong leadership skills, work ethic, and highest level of integrity.
  • Proficiency in systems (Internet, Office Applications) and proficiency in and/or ability to quickly learn internal business systems.

  • Experience with program and/or project management
  • Demonstrated executive leadership experience with ability to lead, inspire and motivate a global team.
  • An ability to quickly adapt to rapidly changing environments while serving as a steady point of continuity for their team. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to gain trust achieve business objectives and work directly with a broad group of managers throughout the company.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, influencing and decision-making skills and high attention to detail.
