AMRI is a leading CDMO dedicated to rapidly and reliably delivering high quality, complex services/products that enable our customers to improve patients’ lives Reporting to the Global Head of Talent & Organizational Performance the Executive Recruiter will lead all aspects of bringing top senior talent to the organization in support of our growth objectives.
The Executive Recruiter will build exceptional relationships internally with key stakeholders and be able to source, engage and recruit top talent to support our global operations. Qualified candidates will be well-versed in all aspects of an executive search including creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, and offer/negotiation. In this role, you will:
• Lead recruitment activities and search strategy for Director and above openings globally
• Provide strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership, promoting a robust and organized recruitment process.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates
• Develop prospects into candidates through engagement and assessment
• Maintain updated candidate data in the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with company policies as well as federal and state employment laws
• Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders to aid in the selection of the best candidates for AMRI
• Lead the offer and negotiation process to successfully close the req process
Qualifications
Qualifications and background to be successful in this role:
Required
• 8+ years of recruitment experience
3+ years’ experience hiring for senior-level roles required
• Previous experience with executive search-internally within a company preferred or at an executive search firm
• Prior experience hiring internationally
• Strong business acumen and market insight
• Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
• Strong sense of diplomacy and tact; able to build rapport with stakeholders across various levels and functions Preferred
• Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences search experience preferred
