You have 10+ years of production and delivery experience with at least 6-8 years integrated experience (interactive/digital, content production, OOH, TVC, event).

The Executive Producer is a highly skilled communicator able to build internal and client relationships (up to Executive/C-Suite levels) and guide teams to success. The role manages Creative Resources, Studio Production and Project Management, overseeing the development of direct reports and coaching their success.

You will be responsible for presenting solutions to clients and adding high value to every project they touch, they serve as a key leader on client accounts, within the agency (as part odf the local leadership team) and across the New York office. The overriding mission of the role is to facilitate great work.

Most of all, you have a natural curiosity, and are motivated by driving excellent results, time and time again.
