Job Description

•Promote Teva Oncology products through calls on targeted physicians in assigned territory to implement sales, marketing and patient support programs to get and keep indicated patients on Teva Oncology products

•Trains and educates physician support staff on the proper use, handling and administration of Oncology products

•Assures that healthcare professionals have realistic expectations concerning the use of Teva Oncology products with their patients

•Maintains communication and integrates activities, when appropriate, with Strategic Customer Group and Reimbursement Management

•Identifies customer changes and ensures, through coordinated communication and planning, that appropriate people and resources are allocated to address the change

Key Areas include: Grand Rapids, Traverse City, Lansing, Saginaw, and Kalamazoo, MI

Qualifications

Education required: Bachelor's Degree

Education preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in science or business

Experience Required:

  • Account selling experience
  • 7+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Must have a proven track record of sales/success within a previous therapeutic area at Teva or a previous pharmaceutical company
  • Shows initiative and participation within the regional level
  • Embraces account selling with passion and drive
  • Successful completion of all product knowledge coursework, LMS/Compliance assignments

Specific experience preferred

  • Buy and Bill experience
  • Experience with Contracting and Rebates
  • Institutional Account Management Experience
  • Oncology and/or hospital selling experience preferred
  • Knowledge of regional payers and GPOs
