  • Consultative selling models
  • Negotiating with associate/partner candidates and corporate clients
  • Working with and developing core relationship/valuable business partnership with hiring managers
  • Service relationship and service delivery to clients
  • Diversity sourcing and recruiting initiatives
  • Screening, interviewing, assessing and selecting for talent 


  • Bachelor’s Degree; JDpreferred
  • 1+ years of sales or recruiting experiencepreferred
  • Experience in the legal industry preferred
