Due to anticipated organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare seeks qualified candidates for a newly-created 'Quality Management Administrator' position which will serve as Liberty's Executive Director and leader of a new healthcare quality management project which will benefit the health and quality of life of many Arizonans who have disabilities.

In this role you will lead a team of healthcare subject matter experts. You will conduct a comprehensive gap analysis to determine the extent of effectiveness and operational prowess of Arizona's publicly-funded services to people who have disabilities. You will then develop meaningful solutions and design and implement policies, procedures, and processes related to large scale quality management and performance improvement of services. Additionally, you will directly and indirectly lead a wide array of stakeholders to achieve system-wide improvements.

Skills & Requirements

You're a well-qualified for this position if you possess these minimum qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience working within or consulting for CMS and/or a state Medicaid agency
  • 5+ years of successful experience managing, executing and overseeing Medicaid-related projects and/or waiver programs for people who have disabilities
  • Minimum of a Master's degree
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) by the NAHQ is preferred
