Executive Director

Exciting opportunity to join BayMark Health Services, the largest provider of opioid treatment in North America.

The Coleman Institute is an innovative physician practice primarily providing advanced withdrawal management services to those addicted to opioids and alcohol. Our unique approach coupled with aftercare and naltrexone/Vivitrol® therapy, has helped thousands of people free themselves from addiction to Opioids, including prescribed narcotics, heroin, fentanyl, Suboxone®/Buprenorphine products, and Methadone in addition to Alcohol. Founded in Richmond, Virginia in 1998, our network has expanded to 14 cities across the United States.

The Coleman Institute is opening a new practice in. We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead the start-up and operation of this new clinic in Wellesley, MA.

The Job

  • Responsible for all aspects of the start-up and operation of a state of the art, addiction-focused physician practice.
  • Hires and trains staff after a thorough orientation in the Richmond office.
  • Works closely with the Medical Director and Mid-Level providers to provide the highest quality patient care to patients and families
  • Immediately builds outcome and patient satisfaction surveys with an emphasis on continuous quality improvement into the culture of the practice
  • Uses excellent interpersonal, networking and relationship building skills to bring awareness of The Coleman Institute’s New England office to the local and regional area, achieves census growth goals and builds a reputation for being an excellent resource to serve patients, families and referral sources

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements
•Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience equivalent to the Executive Director position
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the healthcare field required; substance use disorder or behavioral healthcare treatment experience highly preferred.
•Start-up experience a strong plus.
•Knowledge of medical office operations, including familiarity with HIPAA, payment and reimbursement and an EMR
•Values being a key contributor and member of a results-oriented, data driven, fast paced senior leadership team.
•Practical problem-solver with a versatile skillset who is willing pull up his or her sleeves to do whatever job may be required on a given day
•Ability to lead and manage a diverse group of employees to accomplish company goals and objectives.
