Requirements: Minimum of 3 years? experience as an Executive Chef with fine dining, Seafood, Steaks, up-scale cuisine and creating a menu for the New York Hampton?s clientele. Classically trained chef with a strong knowledge of fine dining and service. A strong desire of cooking in a fresh food environment. Management experience leading a team of 10 or more kitchen staff. Knowledge of cost control procedures. A commitment to uncompromising quality.
