  Summary
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will handle all business and personal administrative duties related to supporting the dynamic and charismatic CEO of a fast-paced national technology company. The CEO also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and has an intense, no-nonsense approach to business.  This position will also support the Chief Operations Officer.   Duties:
• Handles all clerical and administrative duties for CEO and COO
• Applies CEO’s standard protocols to the EA’s duties
• Represents the CEO and COO in the EA’s dealings with the public and with directors and officers of the corporation
• Prepares confidential reports, correspondence and other information
• Prepares expense reports and tracks expense reimbursements for CEO and COO
• Prepares and reviews expense reports for the CEO’s direct reports for the CEO’s approval
• Coordinates and tracks the Company and CEO’s charitable and community events, including contributions and participants
• Manages social media accounts for CEO, including: LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
• Reviews key historical events and conferences and schedules and plans for the same for the CEO and COO
• Elevates potential issues as needed to CEO and COO
• Coordinate the logistics of the Board of Directors meetings and Directors’ attendance
• Prepares materials for executive and quarterly Board meetings
• Manages and maintains Board of Directors’ secure document and communications portal and serves as the subject matter expert of the same
• Manages the CEO and COO’s calendar and schedules internal and external appointments
• Arranges travel plans for CEO and COO and remains available if problems develop or changes occur enroute
• Screens incoming telephone line calls and manages or responds as appropriate or directed
• Screens incoming correspondence and manages or responds as appropriate or directed
• Assists as needed with the organization, coordination and adherence to budget on company events and conferences
• Provides support for CEO and COO on personal matters to free time for business duties
• Conducts and prepares ad hoc research projects, as directed by the CEO and COO
• Acts as liaison between the CEO, COO, and direct reports and other key personnel
• Coordinates travel for internal Marketing, General Manager and Partner conference attendees and attends conferences and Board functions as needed to provide conference administrative support and assist with conference preparation
• Tracks memberships and subscriptions for CEO
• Reviews and selects reading materials for CEO
• Oversees and coordinates the 3rd Floor Formal Meeting Room
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Provides backup administrative support for other corporation management as necessary  

Requirements:
• Undergraduate Degree
• Minimum of three years of high-level executive administrative support
• Ability to perform under pressure in stressful situations
• Strong interpersonal skills accompanied by organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Understanding of corporate culture and etiquette
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism
• Flexible and resourceful
• Self-confidence and tact
• Detailed event planning experience
• Available after hours and on weekends/holidays as issues arise
• Desire to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Dependable, punctual and able to respond well to direction
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experienced in internet research and social media
• Microsoft Office Suite expertise required
• Strong written and oral presentation skills
• Ability to be self-managed and motivated
• Travel as needed
