The Executive Assistant plays a key, hands-on role as part of our front office staff providing direct support to our Co-CEOs. This is a highly visible role working with multiple teams across the company to assist in the daily administrative and logistical needs, including arranging meetings, travel and special projects for the senior leadership of Next Jump.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day administrative and logistical needs of the front office
  • Manage daily schedules for Co-CEOs
  • Manage all travel coordination for Co-CEOs
  • Manage the Executive Transportation account
  • Manage the Executive Breakfast account
  • Handling of confidential and time sensitive material
  • Other duties as related to Senior Executive support

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a senior level Executive Assistant
  • ~15 years of professional experience in administrative and event planning roles
  • BA/BS required
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Team-oriented and collaborative
  • Strong independent and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a high tempo environment
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills and excited about working in a fast-paced environment

Salary

$100K - $150K
$100K - $150K base, Full Benefits, Equity bonus
