A media company in New York City is actively seeking an experienced Administrative professional to join their staff as their new Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Managing an ever changing calendar and schedule
  • Handling all NYC based reservations (dinners, lunches, events, catering, etc.)
  • Organizing all travel arrangements
  • Arranging corporate drivers
  • Partnering with a Personal Assistant at other locations to handle any overlapping requests


  • 15+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Computer savvy
  • Microsoft Office/Suite proficient
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized.
