THE OPPORTUNITY

Chipotle is looking for an Executive Assistant for Marketing that will provide superior support with an emphasis managing the CMO and other senior leadership. In addition to supporting the marketing department, this role is apart of a collaborative administrative team that contributes to the overall success of the Newport Beach Restaurant Support Center.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Support the CMO and other senior marketing leaders with the ability to manage and communicate complex and competing priorities
  • Facilitate communication with clients and business associates prioritizing communication and responses
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule a high volume of meetings and appointments and other Outlook calendar events
  • Multi-task extensively throughout each day and utilize project management skills to plan and coordinate the successful execution and management of competing priorities
  • Handle multiple calendar requests and utilize strong judgment in managing priorities or requests; Escalate as necessary for resolution and/or prioritization.
  • Manage Executive's Email Inbox when requested
  • Draft and/or proof-read documents and presentations as needed utilizing a strongcommand of proper business writing and grammar
  • Manage documents effectively from and to various software programs demonstrating acomfort level with various technologies and/or seek to learn technologies as necessary
  • Demonstrate a superior ability to maintain cohesive productivity supporting Executive onon-site and remotely
  • Effectively us MS Office Suite the intermediate to advanced level
  • Strong familiarity with virtual platforms
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Must have at least 5+ years previous experience supporting a senior marketing executive(s) in a similar capacity, preferably some C-level experience
  • Must possess excellent time-management skills, outstanding organizational skills and problem-solving skills
  • Position requires an efficient, detail-oriented, and organized person who can be responsive to a deadline and results driven environment
  • Must be self-sufficient and be able to respond effectively to competing priorities
  • Requires exceptional communication skills including writing (memo, presentations, correspondence, and email) and verbal skills to interface effectively with executives and all levels of staff
  • Possess a strong level of discretion and unwavering integrity and honesty to manage highly confidential information
  • Strong judgment is required to manage competing priorities, understand scope and urgency of requests
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office with particular strength in MS Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of Excel is preferred
  • Experience working in a high-paced, high urgency environment that requires discretion, diplomacy, and judgment
  • Flexibility in working early in the day or after hours is required for this role.
  • Ability to travel periodically for off-site meetings and occasional overnight travel is required
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
