This position provides support for the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Strategy. This role is responsible for maintaining a highly organized calendaring system to manage complex schedule, coordinating travel arrangements and expenses, preparing correspondence, maintaining outside board and industry meeting schedules. Will prepare dynamic PowerPoint presentations for company and industry meetings, as well as, Excel spreadsheets. Leads planning, coordination, and execution of quarterly Enterprise Strategy meeting and staff meetings. Meeting event planning experience preferred.
Responsible for compiling material for Audit Committee of the Board, including preparing agendas, reports, handouts and uploading information to secured board portal. Coordinate with senior management to obtain all material for Audit Committee meeting. Ensures necessary reports and materials are completed and posted to the Board website in a timely and accurate manner.
The position establishes and maintains highly confidential files and records, as well as, prepares correspondence and documentation of a highly confidential nature. The incumbent is required to have a thorough understanding of methods of work, company procedures and staff at all levels of the organization. Works in collaboration to strengthen and maintain an exemplary level of service in the c-suite.
- 8+ years professional experience in related executive level support.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Word, Lotus Notes, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Visio.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
