Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain comple calendars by scheduling, coordinating, and updating meetings
  • Welcome, announce and direct guests
  • Log and set up meetings or reservations for conference rooms
  • Ensure reception area, conference rooms and kitchen are presentable
  • Stock supplies in the kitchen as needed
  • Resolve and/or refer administrative inquiries and problems
  • Manage complex calendars
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Track expenses

Experience Required:

  • 4-6 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
  • Bachelor's degreerequired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Tech Savvy
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Experience at a financial services firm is required
  • C-level supportexperience a plus*
  • High level of proficiency in all of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exhibits a high level of professionalism in interactions with all levels of staff and external relations, and is adept in working effectively
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, discretion, and protocol
  • Ability to organize and prioritize to effectively meet deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
