Working as the dyad partner of the Vice President for Organizational Equity, drives transformational change through the development of strategic vision and oversight of initiatives that foster an environment of equity, inclusion, and diversity. Serves as a communicator that leverages the expertise and resources of both internal and external stakeholders to design effective, comprehensive programs and community partnerships to drive mutually agreed upon initiatives related to equity through the organization.
Provides administrative leadership and oversight of the corporate equity and diversity activities of the organization's workforce, including detailed planning and implementation of equity, inclusion, and diversity tools.
Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of employees that may include final budget authority, hire/termination/disciplinary authority, performance appraisal responsibility. Job will be considered a member of the management staff with direct reports..
Master's Degree in Business, Leadership, Education or clincal related
10 years of senior management experience in a regulatory or non-profit environment
