Responsibilities:

 

  • lead the sales organization
  • add new clients and expand within existing ones (globally)
  • help define how we best sell to midsize clients while continuing to lower the cost of customer acquisition
  • serve as executive sponsor on several key accounts
  • implement sales processes to scale the sales effort – make sales cycles more repeatable, predictable and shorter
  • work in partnership with services team
  • train and motivate the sales team
  • help identify and manage partnerships that help sales efforts
  • serve as a member of the Executive team

 

Experience:

 

  • have at least ten years experience selling six to seven-figure technology solutions to senior executives in large, global enterprises
  • have either directly sold or led teams selling packaged solutions to midsize companies
  • led an enterprise software or SaaS sales organization for at least five years
  • successfully hired, trained and motivated sales teams
  • strong strategic selling and planning experience, including ability to determine and influence decision makers
  • consistently managed (and managed a team) to a forecast; has good working knowledge of Salesforce
  • demonstrated an ability to successfully scale a sales effort (sales pitch; repeatable practices; shortening sales cycles)
