EVP Sales and Marketing: Innovative Supplement and Pharma Products, 78372
Our client is a highly acclaimed and innovative product company in the dietary supplement and pharmaceutical space which is well positioned for significant growth with a focus on innovative new product offerings. The company has recently experienced growth trajectories, supplemented by infrastructure investments, propelling them into an industry leading brand and supplier to their major manufacturing partners supporting mass distribution channels.
The sales leader will be a key member of the executive leadership team and will develop, implement and drive sales and marketing while partnering with the CEO and executive team to deliver overall growth strategy, with a proven ability to bring new products to market while building and maintaining well-established product lines. We are seeking an experienced sales executive with strong familiarity with the supplement and pharmaceutical industry space and the ability to bring a rolodex of customers they maintain relationships with. Ideally this individual will have seen larger corporate experience with additional experience applying that background within a middle-market or small-cap business environment, managing priorities and a more lean support structure to best deliver within a high growth, nimble operating context.
You will identify untapped opportunities for growth and map out strategies This role is mandated to establish a high performing, process driven sales organization and will lead by example in a player/coach fashion in a fast paced environment.
In addition to a competitive base salary and bonus incentive plan, there will also be a highly attractive opportunity for equity participation.
