CSRA is currently searching for a hands-on Senior Earned Value Analyst with strong working EVMS knowledge to join our EVM team to join our team in support of DynPort Vaccine Company.

The Earned Value Analyst will be responsible for creating and implementing project definitions, budgets, staffing plans, schedules, and objectives for a large sized program. Additionally, the Earned Value Analyst will be responsible for the analysis and reporting of performance measurement baselines in an Earned Value Management Environment and support forecasting, proposals, and pricing efforts as required.


The ideal candidate for this position will possess expertise in Earned Value Management and Scheduling and maintain accountability for the following:

  • Work is being performed in accordance with the SOW
  • The EVM System Description Document is being followed, thus ensuring compliance with the current EIA 748 standard
  • The CPR Deliverables are of acceptable quality and are submitted on time

    Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and control of the Performance Measurement Baseline
  • Preparation of the monthly CPRs and other cost and schedule metrics as requested by the client
  • Implementation and documentation of baseline changes
  • Creation and maintenance of internal process documentation and procedures


The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a good understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and industry standards (EIA 748 current version)
  • Have experience preparing and maintaining EVM artifacts such as:  Control Account Plans (CAP), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), Basis of Estimate (BOE), and Work Authorization Document (WAD)
  • Experience in preparing for and participating in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR)
  • Have experience using MS Excel, MS Project, and Deltek Cobra
  • Be a certified AACEI Earned Value Professional (EVP) (a plus)
  • Be a certified PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) (a plus)

    Experience: 6 years to 9 years of related experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on Earned Value Management related experience
