THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience in estimating high end residential Millwork and Furniture in specialty products and finishes. In addition to previous experience, the candidate needs to be extremely well organized, have the ability to work well with a variety of personalities, be motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player – but have the strength and ability to work autonomously. The Estimator is responsible for compiling estimates on cost to provide to a client or potential client. The position involves assessing the material, labor and equipment required and incorporating different quotes from sub-contractors and vendors. The purpose of this position is to produce budgets and maintain relevant documents in all aspects of each specific project bid. This role will require individual initiative and the ability to work with and support a team to get the job done.
