Snell & Wilmer’s private client services group has an immediate opening for an estate planning attorney in its Phoenix office in one of the following capacities:
- An associate with at least two years of estate planning and/or taxexperience for a traditional, partner-level track position. Preference given to candidates with an accounting background and/or an LL.M. in taxation.
- A staff attorney with eight or more years of experience in estate planning. This position is non-partnership track but the successful candidate will be an employee of Snell & Wilmer and not an independent contractor. Applicants should be available to work for the firm on an exclusive basis. Compensation will be set based upon level of experience and agreed upon commitment with the opportunity for periodic bonuses. In addition to base compensation, the attorney will be eligible to participate in the firm’s 401(K) Savings Plan. Staff Attorneys may be eligible for medical, but not other benefits. Work arrangements would be determined mutually, with telecommuting arrangements as an option.
Arizona bar or ability to acquire licensure by motion to Arizona required.
