Frost & Sullivan is growing its finance department and adding a ERP Project Manager in San Antonio, TX who is looking to make an immediate impact. You will play a key role in creating, and implementing our financial systems. You will also develop and create financial reporting and proactive actionable metrics that can help drive the strategy of the business. This position will work closely in collaboration with the global finance, accounting and leadership teams to develop a successful project plan and has the opportunity to become long term resource on the team in various IT and project management initiatives.

This position will also serve as the expert in our new Netsuite Global ERP, analyzing, developing and documenting company requirements and translating those requirements into automated solutions to solve business issues and/or needs.

You will partner with stakeholders to lead, plan, and execute business system initiatives across the global business units. Additionally, you will also play a key role in ongoing system analysis and maintenance, troubleshooting and making best practice recommendations as it relates to NetSuite and other business & financial systems.



  • Project planning, scheduling, and execution of the ERP and financial systems
  • Continually creating and suggesting ways to maximize logic and efficiencies within the tool
  • Execute implementation of systems, associated processes, and change management across the global organization
  • Advise leadership on potential business impact of new technologies and systems towards improving efficiencies and/or strengthen internal controls
  • Creation and optimization of monthly financial reporting, constantly looking for new metrics and ways of enhancing the reporting
  • Work with internal stakeholders to analyze complex needs and define best practices to translate business requirements into functional system processes
  • Ensure clear and complete documentation of procedures, processes
  • Create & maintain training materials and facilitate NetSuite end-user global training
  • Keep abreast with new technologies, with an eye towards their relevancy to the company's future architectural needs
  • Perform functional configuration and enhancements, system maintenance and business process testing for NetSuite maintenance, which includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searching and reporting, and user roles to support business requirements
  • Perform continuous assessment of the close process and process re-engineering to reduce the timing to close the financial period
  • Support month end and year end close procedures, along with internal and external reporting
  • Support the adoption of additional new systems in finance including the integration of HR and payroll systems or other related software
  • Participate in other projects as required

  • Develops, recommends, and implements ideas and projects that will result in improved efficiency, productivity, quality, and operational savings


  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise systems required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with NetSuite or other life-cycle ERP implementation required
  • PMP preferred
  • Advanced excel skills is a must
  • Strong understanding of common industry standard business practices
  • Experience with change management processes and documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work creatively in problem-solving environment
  • Ability to present effectively to an audience of individuals both up and down the organization structure
