Serve as a liaison to institutional investigator providing guidance, best practices and recommended courses of action.
Conduct and manage investigations, including, but not limited to, alleged discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. This includes allegations of discrimination based on race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, religion, national origin, or disability.
Plan and conduct relevant training and awareness programming for institutionalequity and compliance professionals.
Investigation duties will include, but are not limited to: developing an investigation plan, interviewing complainant and respondents, identifying and interviewing witnesses, identifying and collecting relevant documentation, appropriately documenting interviews and other investigative findings, and analyzing information to determine findings.
Ensure that all parties involved in investigations understand the in
