Role Summary:    Baker Hughes, a GE company is currently hiring an Equipment Sales / Rental Director based in Houston, Texas.   Essential Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Sales / Rental and Lease throughout NA - multiple product lines
  • Oversee Sales managers and sales teams various Geo’s throughout North America
  • Work with asset Mgr to review product requirements and yearly forecasting for Capex purposes
  • Work with Ops Mgr. on forecasting S&OP
  • Work with Director of Drilling Service NA understand and align with full service business, asset utilization
  • Work with Global VP of Eq. Sales and Director product line NA to establish OP yr. to yr. meeting company expectations and FM%
  • Assign and maintain SIP revenue allocations to each sales individual  to match OP (monthly / quarterly bases)
  • Work with, direct and support Operations Team working under rental division
  • Review and approve all rental pricing, equipment leasing and sales
  • Work with Houston team reviewing equipment orders, pricing and delivery from manufacturing
  • Client interaction, customer relations and support


  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university;
  • 12+ years of experience in sales, management consulting, or strategic planning;
  • 5+ years of leadership experience;

Desired Characteristics:

  • Master’s degree preferred;
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and risk principles and analysis;
  • Solid track record in implementing change;
