Analyze and evaluate due diligence materials throughout underwriting process, including updated project financials, market studies, construction document report reviews, environmental report reviews, tax credit documents, financial statements, and similar.

 

*** Coordinate project underwriting and closing process with team members.

 

*** Perform market analysis, financial modeling, and cash flow and valuation analysis.

 

*** Research and evaluate market data gathered from various real estate sites.

 

*** Maintain Salesforcedatabase with project and developer specific information.

 

*** Model, evaluate, and review tax credit transactions.

 

*** Manage tax credit application and award lists.

 

*** Review and communicate possible risks in third party reports throughout the closing process to senior staff.

 

*** Support transaction execution process: participate in transaction calls and develop distribution lists & schedules.

 

*** Prepare investment committee packages, executive summaries, and pre-screen summaries for senior management.

 

*** Assist team with letters of intent and term sheets for client review and execution.

 

*** Provide subject matter expertise related to financial institutions, private equity firms, low income housing tax credit syndicators, and similar.

 

Products: Premises Pollution; Environmental General Liability Exposures; Premises Pollution Healthcare; Environmental Impairment Liability - EIL; Pollution Legal Liability - PLL; Contractors Environmental Liability, Professional Liability, Storage Tank & Transmission Liability; Chemical Risks; and similar.
