CallisonRTKL seeks a senior Environmental Graphic Designer to join its Branding and Graphic Design Studio in our Dallas office. This position will focus on art direction and project management for a diverse range of project types all over the world.  Our Branding Studio work ranges from print graphics and identity design, to strategy for large mixed use projects in a wide range of market sectors. Our graphic and brand designers regularly collaborate with urban designers, architects and interior designers, and we thrive when faced with the challenge of creating a complete branded environment, from the smallest boutique store to a full-scale brand for a new city.


  • Provides strong graphic design leadership focusing on the integration of spatial graphics within architectural environments
  • Plans, coordinates and manages the project delivery process for mid-to-large scale projects
  • Represents the project or practice as the primary contact for client and consultant interaction
  • Negotiates critical and controversial issues with appropriate parties
  • Collaborates with other lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations
  • Serves as the main contributor during client meetings and presentations
  • Manages financial status of all assigned projects
  • Provides expertise in wayfinding and signage strategy, programming and fabrication needs


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 9-15years of graphic or environmental graphic designexperience
  • Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects
  • Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all clients and employees
  • Maintains effective communication with project team members
  • Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and 3-dimensional modeling programs
  • LEED accreditation preferred
  • Travel may be required
