  • Organize meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Keep the team focused on the current sprint, encouraging them to work toward Definition of Done and achievement of sprint goals
  • Encourage and help to achieve transparency and disclosure to the business side of the company

  • Elevate issues and conflicts to Management as needed
  • Establish strong relationships with other product teams to promote collaboration


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or related technology field; or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) concepts; understanding of Agile methodology a plus
  • Ability to ensure agile software development methodologies, values, concepts, and principles are adhered to
  • Ability to garner respect from team and be willing to get hands dirty to get the job done
  • Excellent facilitator, including conflict management abilities
  • Respectful, professional interpersonal style when working with diverse personality types (stakeholders, team members, management, etc.)
  • High attention to detail
  • Must be collaborative in driving decisions and constructively resolving problems
  • Demonstrated aptitude for acquiring knowledge, skills, and new technologies
