Modernization, data migration and conversions related to modernization and/or IT system movement
Incremental modernization through componentization and capability-oriented modernization
Architecting with technology ranging from mainframe (assembler, JCL, Control-D, etc.) to modern technical stacks and the variety of integration techniques associated
Data design and compliance standards
Web development and mobile applications
Minimum of 5 years of experience architecting and designing enterprise level solutions.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Knowledgeable of emerging technology and banking innovations.
Delivery in an Agile environment
Must have Technical competencies (in order of importance) (3-5 years of experience)
Experience with modernization, data migration and conversions related to modernization and/or IT system movement
Proven experience in incremental modernization through componentization and capability-oriented modernization
Past experience with life insurance company modernization initiatives
Proficient and fluent with all technology ranging from mainframe (assembler, JCL, Control-D, etc.) to modern technical stacks and the variety of integration techniques associated
Understanding of data design and compliance standards
Experience with web development and mobile applications
