The Enterprise Solutions Consultant is a role which requires a mixture of business, sales, and technical ability. A successful candidate is a results driven individual who operates with a sense of humor when under pressure, can understand and communicate technical concepts, and enjoys both pre-sales activities as well as detailed solution design.

This individual is a strategic and creative thinker with a high level of ownership, self-motivation and initiative and must be able to work with little supervision and take initiative to hunt down a resource when they need to find answers or solve problems. This role supports the sales team during pre-sales activities through solution design leading to a successful client implementation and launch.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Serves as a pre-sales resource by supporting the primary sales representative in the discovery process, evaluating business needs to identify the appropriate value position to win the opportunity for strategic or enterprise deals
  • Using both functional and technical knowledge, design solutions that meet client's business needs
  • Participate in solution development for new accounts
  • Complete solution design documents, including process flows and technical architecture designs
  • Coordinate with other departments (Business Operations,
  • Implementation & Training, Product, and Compliance) to document the solution and ensure delivery is aligned with client expectations
  • Develop, nurture, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Configure and customize demo accounts
  • Conduct on-site and remote presentations, communicating the functionality and benefits of Hyperwallet's technology and full suite of products and services
  • Support executive team in developing presentations and product demos where customization is required
  • Keep current on industry trends and the competitive landscape


  • 4+ years technology sales, consulting, solution design or product management experience
  • Ability to communicate and present to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and understanding customer technical/business needs and translating them into viable integrated solutions
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good sense of humor
  • Proven ability to handle challenging situations in a professional manner
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence and experience with business platforms such as MS Office, Slack, Skype, Salesforce and virtual meeting tools
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Experience in the payments industry is a plus.
