The Enterprise Solution Architect will be focused on the solution, design, implementation and support of the Enterprise customer and Enterprise partner. However, this individual is ultimately responsible for the overall understanding and Enterprise positioning within their region. This individual will not only manage the Regional Enterprise relationships but will also manage the pool of resources available necessary to nurture those relationships in a timely, accurate and professional manner. This individual will be expected to maintain the highest level of technical acumen on all Nextiva’s product offerings as well as all industry offerings. This individual will be the lead of the Enterprise sales process. This individual will be responsible for the coordination and participation of sales participants which includes but is not limited to sales, sales engineering, account management, project management and pro services. Furthermore, this individual will define the path that this Enterprise relationship will take. This includes the ability to create unique strategies and programs around customers, partners, resellers and third-party partners. Duties may include but are not limited to training, implementation of desired certifications, customer installation, onsite pre-sale efforts, as well as planning for future goals and education surrounding future release product(s) or program(s.)
