Five9 is looking for a Solution Consultant to lead and manage all aspects of the implementation of Five9’s On Demand Call Center software for our Strategic and Enterprise clients. This includes collaborating on sales proposals, providing pre-sales support to the Enterprise Sales Team, planning implementation engagements, creating project plans, understanding and defining customer requirements, implementing solutions, training customers in the use of the solution and making best practice recommendations which enable our Customers to get optimal results from their Call Center.
