We are looking for a dynamic enterprise software sales professional to lead all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our Honeywell Connected Plant organization in the US East Region. This position is located in either Atlanta, Detroit, Chicago, Philly, or Milwaukee. In this role, you will establish relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate solutions for our customers. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will find opportunities and build credibility with customers. You will increase overall performance of the organization by building strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your defined area. You will develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts. You will maintain key executive relationships. You will partner with Honeywell Process Solutions Sales and lines of business driving collaboration towards customer success. Consistently identify new business opportunities for sustained profitable growth. You will grow and maintain a quality opportunity funnel adequate to meet financial targets. You will use all available resources, differentiating the organization to grow the business.

Help drive integrated solutions sales that bring together both hardware and software products

Supply to the larger team through the application of new products, principles, theories and concepts in your field of expertise to develop unique solutions for customers.

Be a zealot for growth by driving continuous improvement within Solutions Sales to ensure customer's top choice is Honeywell.

We expect up to 60% travel, including overnights. We can offer you incredible career progression, as well as an attractive remuneration package.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or similar
  • 5 years of sales experience to industrial or essential industry customers.

We Value

  • Experience in selling L3 (APC, OTS Solutions, Simulation solutions) and/or L4 solutions such as MES, Supply Chain, IIOT Solutions, Industry 4.0, etc.
  • Experience selling software solutions delivered through Cloud, SaaS and traditional software commercial models.
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Understanding of Pricing Strategy and negotiating terms and conditions, price with customers.
  • Strong social and excellent listening skills
  • Highly motivated leader with a mature, positive attitude and a passion for working with customers to drive outcomes.
