Global Powerhouse. US Subsidiary. We're building out the team for an established entrepreneurial subsidiary of a global technology company. We recently placed the VP of Sales for this robust communications software developer, and we are looking for a collaborative, creative and results-driven Sr. Account Executive to join the team. Our client provides software and service solutions to create, manage and distribute large scale customer communications. This is a great opportunity for creative, entrepreneurial hunters to transform this left side of the bell curve division into a customer communication market leader.

Sr. Account Executive You will build relationships with, and a portfolio of, prospective and existing enterprise clients in financial services, business process outsourcing, healthcare, insurance, and government, and eventually help transition the business to winning new clients for its SaaS model. You will sell directly to the C-Level, VPs and Directors in F1000 companies to close major opportunities with a clear focus on net-new. You will be tasked with upselling existing clients and introducing new software solutions to the designated market to drive new business and overachieve sales goals. The company fosters a collaborative, client-centric environment and takes pride in making a lasting and positive impact.

Ideal Candidate You are passionate, agile, and strategic, understanding territories are built on selling not only large, complex enterprise deals, but also small to mid-size deals that can turn into elephants. You are an insightful and competitive closer, always optimizing topline revenue. You thrive in a dynamic, close-knit culture and are a team player.

  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience: Software, Business Process Outsourcing, High Tech, Customer Communications
  • Experience selling to C-Level, VPs and Directors at F1000 corporations
  • Skilled consultative seller with drive to secure enterprise and mid-market contracts
  • Outstanding time and pipeline management skills
  • Proven history of driving revenue, bringing new and existing solutions to market
  • Effective communicator and influencer at all levels, internally and externally
  • Entrepreneurial, inclusive team-first mentality
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with a small, tight-knit organization
