The Enterprise Software Applications Support Engineer position involves working closely with ARGO customers and internal ARGO teams in a consulting and supportive technical role on both an ongoing basis as well as on a project delivery basis. The Engineer will also provide technical recommendations to the customer as well as software installation and version upgrade assistance.
Individuals with software configuration, deployment/installation, and Windows server administration are encouraged to apply.
A typical environment within ARGO banking clients will have up to 10 data center servers, 200+ branch servers, as well as 3rd party and custom application configurations.
