Key Role:

Build and manage project teams delivering software solutions. Work with clients to determine system requirements, develop priorities of effort, and analyze plans to deliver timely, efficient solutions. Maintain responsibility for analyzing a project's plans, financials, and contractual commitments. Work with teams to identify, manage and escalate risks, provide leadership, direction, and purpose to accomplish client requirements. Ensure team members have the resources they need to deliver high quality, timely solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with Enterprise SharePoint and VMWare deployment, including SharePoint 2013

-7 years of experience with program management

-Experience with DoD or Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at development and support for military systems, military organizations, and operational concepts

-Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the activities of administrative, program, and technical personnel

-Ability to manage and control schedules and cost to provide all aspects of the contractual effort on time and within budget

-Ability to provide direction for operations and ensure compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

-PMP Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-10 years of experience in managing technical programs and projects with 6k+ stakeholders

-Experience with Azure Cloud

-Experience with SharePoint 2016

-MA or MS degree

-CISSP or Windows Enterprise or Server Windows 2012 Certification
